Career Journey: After completion of Hotel Management from IHM , Lucknow , got selected as a Kitchen Management Trainee ( K.M.T ) at Carlson Group of Hotels ( 2007-2009 ) , and since then I never looked back. As a part of kitchen Management trainee program i have worked 18 months in Radisson Hotel Mahipalpur, New Delhi and 6 Months in Park Plaza, Gurugram(Haryana ). After two years share with Carlson Group as a K. M .T, Joined Park Plaza Gurugram ( 2009-2011) as a Jr. Sous chef, Responsible for “The Great Kebab Factory” and Commissary Kitchen. After 1.6 years share with Park Plaza, Gurugram joined Clarks Group of Hotel ( 2011-2013 ) As a Sr. Sous Chef responsible for all aspect of Kitchen Management including monitoring food production & aesthetic presentation of Food. Within a Span of 6 month after joining Clarks promoted as a Executive Chef.

After clarks group of hotel i have decided to introduce a Own Brand, Biryani Art ( 2014 to till date ) which was a combination of Authentic Hyderabadi and North Indian Cuisine .

My Aim Was to create a culinary Experience that is enthralling as the history of North and South India. Presently we have 9 outlets successfully running in india ( Delhi / NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Zirakpur, Panchkula and 1in overseas ( Malaysia ). We are planning to expand the Business and coming with more outlets in Lucknow, Nashik, Goa, Banglore & Chennai and also planning to open overseas outlet in Indonesia & Doha.

Transition to Business / Entrepreneur: The Combination of Passion and Never ending desire for Learning triggered this move to become Entrepreneur.

This is a booming Industry in the world. Every Single Day there are people coming up with new ideas but when a chef opened a restaurant expectations are high and people visit the restaurant for the high standards of food and Beverages. So we need to keep the skill fine tuned.
