Professionally Jasmin Shaikh is a Food scientist & Lead Auditor with over a decade of experience in Food research & development. She has successfully developed & launched the products for MNC'S & startups which are doing exceptionally great in the National & International market.

In 2019 she has quit her 6 figure salary job & founded a startup AXIA Foods along with her brother Mr. VasimShaikh. She has developed a novel clean food innovation technology to combat climate change, hunger & malnutrition in a sustainable way & to meet consumer desire of having clean labeled plant based holistic nutrition at affordable price. With this Innovation Technology , AXIA has launched world's first ever plant based products like Almond cheese, cultured butter & probiotic plant based yoghurts. This innovation & effort is appreciated worldwide. She has been awarded with "Rising star & Disruptor of the year 2021 by VWS &Impossible Food & Axia foods has been awarded with "Innovative Startup of the year 2021"by Maharashtra State innovation society among the top 100 startups. Axia has been listed as one of the "TOP 10"APAC Food & beverage startup & entrepreneurial journeys by Food Navigator. Recently She has developed & shared the plant based production technology for NASA's Deep space food mission. She is a member with PETA India,Thought for food organization & other organizations. Being a pioneer in India to start the Plant based yoghurt categories to developing a space food NASA, She is successfully addressing the global issues through her innovation & ideas. Her innovation is for the betterment of the people, animals, environment & Space too.
