Dr. Mohsina Mukadam's passion for food, cooking and eating eventually led her to break new ground in the academic field of food history. Her papers and articles published in national and international journals as well as newspapers and magazines have been appreciated not only by academicians but also by general public. She has designed and conducted courses on Food History and Culture. She has worked as consultant, script writer and participated in food related programs on TV Channels. Her expertise on food history of India in general and Maharashtra in particular is well recognized in the form of fellowships and awards.
