Chef Nilesh Limaye - Popularly known as Sindbad the Chef has been on the Hospitality foreground throughout his career span. He is recognised in India as a Visionary Chef with In-Depth knowledge within all the sections of Food Production. Bringing in 25 years of professional experience in Culinary arts and Training he turned entrepreneur and started All Bout Cooking to cater to large needs of various sectors of Food and Beverage Industry.
As an expert chef from the industry he showcases his talent and skill by introducing new and classical dishes from across the country as well as International repertoire.
Chef Nilesh has always strived to bring about awareness and enhancement of regional Indian Cuisine particularly Maharashtrian. He is very vocal about being naturist and believing in original form of Cooking.
This Pandemic has added a new dimension to his identity. He has contributed to keep the focus by including various shows to create awareness, held online ebvents with HM Institutes, Set up his own cloud kitchen by bringing in local talent. Emphasises more on sustainable work features and always contributed to Healthy and immune building foods.
