Self-employed since 2009 as a Restaurant Consultant and Chef Culinaire. Working on Turn key projects for setting up Food and Beverages concept, Kitchen Designing, Menu planning and Training of Food service personnel. Presently associated with Meluha The Fern, Powai as Chef Culinaire. Working towards setting up of the restaurants, Banquets and the new lounge in the hotel.

ALL 'BOUT COOKING - CHEF CULINAIRE - FROM 2009 - TO PRESENT DATE
An Entrepreneurial start up in 2009 to take turnkey projects in building and setting up of restaurants, cafes, QSR and any food and beverage related set ups with main core activity in Kitchen Designing, Menu planning, Staffing, Training and Handover.
Completed more than 25 projects in Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Bengaluru and Dubai.

MAYFAIR BANQUETS/ CORPORATE CHEF - 2008 - 2009
As a corporate Chef my job entailed me to take care of complete Food production on Pan India level. The company was leader in large scale Banqueting and Events and I was overlooking operations related to food production across all the venues. Each city was presided by an Executive Chef who would report to me on regular basis. Locations included Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Ahmedabad and Bengaluru.

WATERSTONES CLUB/ EXECUTIVE CHEF - 2007 - 2008
One of the top most clubs in Mumbai Water Stones club and Gordon House suites made a distinct feature in the premium sector in 2008. As an Executive Chef I was responsible for all the food and its production across its restaurants and Banqueting facilities. Scope of work included new recipes, new dishes, food and beverage cost controls and Management.

INTERCONTINENTAL THE GRAND/EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF - 2005 - 2007
Working with Chef Jochen Kern I was responsible for the complete kitchen Management and Food quality and controls for the entire 365 rooms hotel with 5 Fine dining restaurants and over 1000 cover Banqueting facility.
