Rasika Iyer, is the CMO of Tata Consumer Soulfull Private Ltd
since April 2021. In her previous role she served as the co-founder
and CMO of Kottaram Agro Foods (Soulfull) for ten years.. She is
instrumental in bringing to life Soulfull's concept of packaging
India's ancient grains in a form that is appealing to the consumer.
Rasika has been instrumental in devising the marketing strategies
and leading all the marketing initiatives for Soulfull. Till 2018
Rasika was single handedly running the marketing for Soulfull .She
has 2 kids aged 3 and 7 and it was this role that intriqued her to
bring Soulfull and the healthy products to the forefront and make
heath more fun and accessible.
Post her MBA in marketing Rasika has worked in various field of advertising and communication which gives her the 360 perspective of branding and marketing. She started her career with Adfactors PR and moved on to being an outdoor advertising expert at Laqshya media. The exciting journey as Activations head at Ogilvy to becoming a Digital Advertising planner at Euro RSCG San Francisco completed the 360 experiences in media, communications and advertising. The stint that started in Mumbai and extended to San Francisco helped her get a holistic understanding of consumers across markets. Having worked on FMCG brands like HUL, Cadburys, Castrol, Fortune, Method Organics to name a few has helped in having the relevant experience that can be applied to her current role.
