He isthe chef-creator of THC, The House of Celeste, a modern Indian restaurant in Gurgaon, and the Culinary Director of Anon Foods, the hospitality group behind Punjabi by Nature restaurants across India and Intoto at M3M.His recipes and writings have been featured in countless national and international newspapers and magazines and he earned the first Michelin star awarded to any non-Northern European Chef and Indian restaurant in North America.
