Variety is synonymous to Tushar Malkani. His extensive list of achievements is the result of years of experience in various domains of the food industry. From Food Preparation to Menu creation, from event planning to Club F&B operations, from Sanitation to Preparation of Reports – Tushar Malkani has honed his skills as Executive and Personal Chef, Consultant, Food Stylist and Photographer.
He has associated with several top hotels in Mumbai and other Indian cities. Tushar was also an Executive Chef for Khar Gymkhana and has guided several brands help improve their reach, create innovative menus and enhance food safety in their premises. Now, he has finally decided to spearhead his dream project, which has recently turned into reality - Culinary Tales that feels exactly like the breath of fresh coffee Andheri needs: Hidden, Open air, Moroccan style café with very unconventional ambience.
He is also presently shooting for YouTube shows at Sanjeev Kapoor's Khana Khazana. Along with this, he has a sharp eye for different activities that happen behind the cooking platform. He is a member of several National and International Food Associations, like Israel MasterChef Association, Indian Federation and Association of Chef Societies, Brand Ambassador of Chef's Institute – Kolhapur and many others.
