A chef by qualification and General Manager at Old School Vadodara, Abhinav Buch has a rich experience of 8+ years in the field of Hotel Management.
Swiss IM& H, Switzerland alumni, Abhinav started his career in Gstaad at PARK HOTEL as CHEF GARDE MANGER and then learnt to cook a variety of cuisines including Carribbean and Continental during his TENURE at Hilton,Trinidad and Tobago, Hyatt,Chesapeake bay, US respectively during his training journey. He has been with Old School Vadodara since 2018 and has greatly contributed towards its growth in different verticals like management,guest relations, vendor management, menu design and business expansion. Under his able managerial leadership the restaurant has won several awards and accolades . Abhinav strives to stay updated about the field advancement by attending master classes by industry leaders such as Marco Pierre WHITE. With his ambitious attitude and skillful approach Abhinav tactfully moves towards his achieving his goals.
