Being a seasoned culinary professional and a budding restaurateur with an established career of over 14 years, Chef Rizwan Moidu's passion for crafting exquisite culinary masterpieces using the freshest and finest regional, local and indigenous produce while championing sustainability along the way shines through. Apart from his culinary capabilities, he is also adept at conceptual, technical & interpersonal leadership skills. He believes leadership too is an art form, just like Culinary Arts, that can be mastered with practice and perseverance.

A certified Cordon Bleu Chef from Master Chef Gordon Ramsay's Tante Marie Culinary Academy in the UK, he also holds a CTH Level 4 Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts, a CIEH Level 2 in Food Safety in Catering and a Tante Marie Wine Certificate. Additionally, his culinary credentials include a Craft Certificate Course in Food Production and Patisserie from one of the top-ranked Indian culinary institutes, Culinary Academy of India, Hyderabad. He has extensively worked on prestigious awardwinning hospitality projects across Pune (Zaheer Khan's, Syrakko, Pandora Gastronomy & Bar, Iceberg Hospitality, Makizushi) and Goa (Le Poisson Rouge, Om Made Cafe). He was also recognized as Pune's Best Chef '22 by CMO Asia.

He now brings his years of mastery & culinary style to his newest venture, Clink, a getaway diner in the wilderness of Karjat. From daredevil patrons that want to try something a bit exquisite, to the ones that prefer conventionality and seek comfort in what they are used to eating, he firmly believes and ensures everyone feels inclusive in the restaurant while dining in. He has always looked forward to sharing his passion for cooking & his love for hosting truly bespoke and memorable dining experiences for the guests.
