Cooking and innovating with food has ever since been my passion since a very young age, a hobby which grew into a profession with passion all the way has always been looking forward to doing something new - versatile & impressive! My journey along the way for over 22 years now has been truly a colorful one with varied experiences with hotels, airlines, consultancy, television & media, authoring books, having specialised in over 33 plus international cuisines, training & development and much more. Besides being a topper in academics all through, I always love sharing knowledge, information and my creative side with the aspiring chefs and hoteliers of tomorrow. winning awards and titles over the years has also become second nature since it keeps reminding me that i need to do even more and visualise success beyond the horizon. This industry needs persistence, patience and a persona to be able to connect- conduct & cooperate at all times in order to balance that perfect recipe to success. I feel blessed and honoured upon receiving this very interesting title of most admired chef presented to me by world leadership congress & asia food congress and awards on 22nd march 2022 in Mumbai. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks & gratitude to each and everyone who has worked very hard in making this happen and for choosing me for this prestigious award & recognising my continued dedication & commitment.
